This week-- short update
We have been getting to know one another and having fun. We have been working on a daily work plan in the mornings and practicing being quiet while working. We whisper to students in our class during work time, so as not to disturb or distract each other.
Next week we will start weekly work plans for everyone who is ready (2nd and 3rd graders).
If your child brings home one of his or her daily work plans this week, it is for you to see an example of what a work plan is. If something isn't done, it probably means that he/she spent more time on something else. And every one has been working very hard!! Thank you to all the parents and students for making this a great week!!
