Evaluating Authors Stories
We have been working on how to Evaluate how well an author tells his or her story. How do they engage us with the words they use. What visuals do we see when we read.
Next Week we will work on the causes and effects within stories.
In math we are adding and subtracting fractions. We are reviewing how equivalent fractions work. How a common denominator is important for adding and subtracting fractions.
Note that we do not have school on Friday the 23, or Friday the 30th which is the first day of spring vacation.
